Tatton & Vale is led by Kieran Shaughnessy, a Cheshire-based estate agent with experience across both prime central London and the North West markets.
After studying Politics at King's College London, Kieran began his career with Chestertons in Notting Hill, one of London's most established estate agencies. Working in a fast-paced, highly competitive market gave him first-hand experience in premium property sales and taught the importance of negotiation, presentation, and client care.
On returning to Cheshire, Kieran focused on advising property investors on portfolio strategy, property management, and now, property sales, under the eXp international brokerage, bringing together global marketing reach with local, independent service. Tatton & Vale represents the premium arm of that vision: a boutique agency focused exclusively on Cheshire's most prestigious addresses.
